Do you offer corporate event coffee catering and a mobile coffee bar in Austin?
Yes. Kahoa runs a mobile coffee bar for corporate events, product launches, trade shows and brand activations across Austin and Central Texas. We bring the baristas, the cart, nitro on tap and specialty coffee, and we build the menu around your brand.
Do you serve coffee during SXSW, ACL and Formula 1 weeks in Austin?
Yes. We take brand and corporate bookings across the Austin area, including during major-event weeks. Peak dates are limited, so we recommend inquiring as early as you can.
Is Kahoa Coffee affiliated with SXSW, Austin City Limits or Formula 1?
No. Kahoa Coffee is an independent Austin coffee company. We serve private brand and corporate events held around these weeks, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by SXSW, Austin City Limits or Formula 1.
What can you serve at an activation or hospitality event?
Barista-made espresso drinks, a pour-over reserve, and Kifaru Spice Cold Brew and Spice Nitro on tap. Our cart has two taps, and every drink is made with our single-origin Kenyan coffee.
Are you insured for on-site events?
Yes. Kahoa is fully insured for on-site event service. Tell us about your venue and we will walk through what it requires.
Can you tailor the menu to our brand?
Yes. Custom cups, signage and menu cards are part of our Signature Brand Activation and Flagship Festival Takeover packages. We also create branded signature drinks and latte art around your brand.
